Sugar Cookie Chihuahuas is a small hobby breeder in the Rockwall - Dallas area of Texas. We are a second-generation breeder with our family breeding small dogs since the 1990s. Our main priority is ensuring the health and well-being of all our animals from birth until they leave with their forever family - and beyond.

Teddy is an absolutely gorgeous long hair male Chihuahua from champion Russian bloodlines! He has some growing to do but will be a perfect stud to our program!!
